The food we had was incredible. Great breakfast buffet and fantastic dinner at Noble.

Our original room was very noisy (below the Executive Brkfst room) and had many stains on the floor. When we asked to be moved, the staff acted like we were putting them out. We were only there for a few days and wanted to have a nice relaxing time so this was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was quiet, restaurants were good and an upgrade to elite is well worth the extra.

The Hotel is sparkling new. It is very comfortable and has modern facilities and equiptment. The Staff are in general very courteous and helpful. Excellent sea view and beach facilities.

The beach is a pebble beach rather than sandy. You need beach shoes to walk into the sea. The Hotel was serene and was comfortable with many respectable international visitors. However, one day before we were leaving, i.e. on September 2, 2010, a large group of unruly visitors from one country arrived and caused a lot of noise at the beach, the swimming pool and in the balconies until late at night causing discomfort to other guests. The Hotel Management did not do anything to rectify the situation and ask this group to be more quiet and respectful to the comfort of other guests.

We stayed for 9 days and it was a pleasure for us to be able to go to the beautiful beach in 3 minutes from our room after a very decent breakfast.

The only problem was the position of the aircondition - just oposite our the bed. I consider that this should be reviewed in a room which was described as a luxury sea view room. My husband and I both catch a cold because of that

Hotel is only 2 years old. Beautiful, but it has some problems with resourses and service quality. Room was ok, but aircondition i could not turn off at any point, so had to sleep with balcony door opened each night, which was not comfortable as where are a main road just behind the hotel and we could hear each car passing by and the wind is just terrible behind the hotel with brings terrible noises expecially at the night time. However I have to thank room service team, we have used room service almost every day for ordering food. Menu was nice, catering and service delivery worked very good. Breakfast was just terrible.

Good facilities and food & SVC

It is a new stylish building, good rooms and convеnient location. The reach buffet breakfast - really 5 star. Good menu for lunch also in Fresh restaurant. Good room service.

The management should think very seriously about service! Clients expect hospitality but not stressed faces without any smile... Additional charge for breakfast on the day of arrival! No minibar (at the same time there is a shop in the Hotel building - management do not want to earn money for drinks but charge 16 Euros for breakfast?) Do not clean the Pool Bar area - you can find plastic caps in the pool at the evening... The hotel beach are actively used by locals with private umbrellas and towels - clients do not feel safe and comfortable. SPA receptionists do not really want to sell their services. Is it an answer: "You can find all information in your room"? Overall opinion - the staff "defending" their hotel from the guest...

Paid wifi only works in public areas and not in the room, only option is internet through the TV or wired internet in the room.

New hotel with the latest technologies, decor, facilities. Excellent location - away from the city but close enough to it and other major sites like Lindos and great beaches. Best Breakfast Buffet in the world! Superb service from Tasios and his helpers within their section. Well stocked mini market.

Only 5-star hotel I stayed during my trip that charged internet usage, what's worst is that it was the only hotel where the internet did not work properly even though I paid for it. Other hotels provided free internet throughout their complex which worked perfectly. Elysium did not offer airport / port transfers / shuttle. How can a hotel claim 5-star status when they DO NOT OFFER such basic services? Limited method of communicating the hotel's events, activities, facilities & services. i stayed 7 nights and i was discovering the hotel's activities etc up to the 7th night!!!...
